How to lose weight is different from how to lose weight fast

I got a lot of folks asking questions about this all the time…

Yes.. almost every time…

And most probably, like Anthony Hopkins who plays the role of a billionaire in the movie “The Edge”,

I will act like a know-it-all person who knows everything on how I trimmed those stubborn belly fat few months back…

I will brag and arrogantly tell how simple it was…

Then these set of dumb believers will just pretend at the back of their mind that they understood every word I said…

Turning back having this precious advice I had given, hoping it will be effective in time.

After few weeks they’ll gonna approach me once again asking the same exact question…

“How the hell did you do that Edward? , Holy crap, You’re amazing!”

But no… I didn’t even know how it all happened.

I’d been through with so many approaches…

I even tried many diet plans for women just to lose weight most involves food that helps burn belly fat…

Until I discovered one thing…


If your weighing scale reads 280 lbs. you’re like a ticking time bomb.

You gotta do something.

And that number of weight is not a joke.

Because it will definitely lead you to certain disease like cancers, diabetes (or you could have diabetes already but you are not just aware of) hypertension that will lead to heart attack.

These were my thoughts when I weigh almost 240 lbs. at my 25… and I became seriously alarmed about it.

I even asked myself if I can lose weight in a week. I mean. All in a week…

I didn’t take up any medicine course and just followed what my doctor advised me to do.

Time flies but everything seems to funnel one idea.

I am wasting my time seeing a doctor but me, myself not acknowledging the truth that everything lies with me.

I am the only one responsible for it.

So if I want to know how to lose weight, I have all the answers on hand.

It’s just a matter of discipline and self-control….maybe a little attitude.

You need to have a lot of patience…

And if you’re running out of it, be sure to have plenty on your pocket.


Because if you’re insanely doing it and you badly want a result right away…

Chances are you will not get there…

The more you become pissed off, the more you will get yourself faraway to the best outcome.

It will caused you stress…frustration…and most likely…if you’re stressed…

You will end up eating too much!

And believe me guys; this is all what happened to me.

I became greedy of the result, and don’t have proper motivation and as a result…Goodbye Black slim fit V-neck Dickies shirt! See you in a better world!


So wanna know how to lose weight? Here’s your cheat:

If you want to lose weight faster, you have to eat less and exercise more!

That’s a golden rule…so keep it in mind.

“When you reduce sodium and cut starches, you reduce fluids and fluid retention, which can result in up to 5 pounds of fluid loss when you get started,” says Michael Dansinger, MD, of NBC’s The Biggest Loser show.

You will surely lose at 3-5 pounds a week by taking at 1000 calories a day and exercising for at least 30 minutes to one hour every single day. Not too much isn’t it?

And remember what happened to me…don’t be too greedy with results.

It will happen some other time…

What I’m saying is, if you will cut more calories further, then it will result to destabilization of your blood sugar levels, hence will post threat to your health—that’s dangerous!



Experts recommend eating a diet that minimizes starches, added sugars, and animal fat from meat and dairy foods.

If you want to lose weight faster, focus on fruits, veggies, egg whites, soy products, skinless poultry breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean meat.

Here are the tips from Dawn Jackson Blatner, RD, author of The Flexitarian Diet :

  • Eat vegetables to help you feel full.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Get tempting foods out of your home.
  • Stay busy — you don’t want to eat just because you’re bored.
  • Eat only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the ‘fridge.
  • Don’t skip meals.

These steps are highly effective and I also followed these.

Keeping in track of your daily consumption not only shows your discipline and proper planning of your target but also gives you a better result.
